Terms of service

These terms apply when you use yarnibles.com or buy products from Yarnibles. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

1. About Yarnibles
Yarnibles is operated from D29, New Inn, Main Road, Saltfleet, Lincolnshire, LN11 7RZ, United Kingdom. Contact: yarniblesstore@gmail.com.

2. Products and artwork
We aim to display products, colours and sizing accurately, but screens and print processes can cause small differences. Yarnibles designs are artistic crochet-style interpretations and are not guaranteed to be a photographic likeness.

For a custom product, you confirm that you own the submitted pet photograph or have permission to use it. You grant Yarnibles permission to use that photograph only as needed to create, fulfil and support your order. Do not submit unlawful, offensive or third-party copyrighted material without permission.

3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation accepting it. We may reject or cancel an order if payment is not authorised, a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, or the submitted content cannot reasonably be used. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Personalised orders may enter production shortly after acceptance. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the store. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment. You must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information.

5. Fulfilment and delivery
Products are made to order and may be produced and shipped by a specialist third-party fulfilment partner. Delivery dates are estimates. Please see our Shipping Policy for current processing and delivery information. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or a person you nominate.

6. Returns and consumer rights
Returns, cancellations, faulty goods and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.

7. Intellectual property
The Yarnibles name, original characters, artwork, text, graphics and store content are owned by or licensed to Yarnibles. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in the design.

8. Website use
You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the store at scale, or use the service for unlawful activity. Third-party links are provided for convenience; their services and policies are controlled by those third parties.

9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, Yarnibles is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply where required.

11. Changes and contact
